Problems from daily manufacturing practice such as systems that need to negotiate curves or inclines are picked up, analysed and dealt with immediately by our field service in a quick and uncomplicated way. Particularly the manufacturing of conveyor belts for use in extreme temperatures of -196 °C to +1200 °C, also in aggressive atmospheres, is a speciality of ROTHSTEIN Metallfördergurte GmbH & Co. KG.
Metal conveyor belts for high temperatures
Our metal conveyor belts for high temperatures are characterised by having outstanding dimensional stability and extreme durability. Due to its many years of experience and continuous further development, particularly in the area of temperatures up to 1200°C, ROTHSTEIN is in a position to provide you with the right solution. Our wire mesh belt model 4000 has been particularly effective in dealing with heavy loads. This characteristic is based on the distribution of force on several crossbars. Because of its dense surface it is suitable for transporting both big and small parts. All ouf our belts are characterised by a short set-up time and a good price/performance ratio.
